Running consistently– and a great start point is to get out there (or on the treadmill) 3 times a week and get in 20-30 minutes each time.
That’s why the “Running Addict” challenge is so unique. We’re not expecting you to cram in 50 miles a week, or 100, or even 5k.
No, no, no… to get your hands on this rather cool medal you just have to commit to running or walking 1-5 times a week (more is OK!) and making each run/walk from 10 minutes (or more) each time.
All depending on where you’re at with your running/walking.
Not a massive commitment BUT it’s a commitment!
As you get to the end of the month of October- we’ll send you a reminder to get that evidence in- and the medal is all yours!!
